This "Capital International Convention Center User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement" or "CICC User Agreement") constitutes an agreement between you and the Capital International Convention Center regarding the registration of a user account and the use of various services provided by the Capital International Convention Center. To use the services of the Capital International Convention Center, you must carefully read and comply with all provisions of this Agreement, especially those related to exemption or liability limitation clauses, which may be highlighted in bold or underlined for your attention. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you may not register an account or use the services. If you disagree with any content herein, please discontinue registration immediately. If you have questions about any provisions (particularly liability-related clauses), you may contact us using the provided methods. By checking "I agree to the Capital International Convention Center User Service Agreement" and completing registration or using any services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms. Please ensure full comprehension before proceeding.
If you are under 18 years old, you must read this Agreement with parental/guardian guidance and obtain their consent before registration, orders, payments, or any service use.
The term "services" in this Agreement refers to your use of the CICC account to access platform services.
1. Parties and Scope
[Contracting Party] "Capital International Convention Center" refers to the entity operated by Beijing Chenxing International Convention Co., Ltd. and its branches providing relevant services.
"User" refers to any individual using CICC services, herein addressed as "you".
[Agreement Content] This Agreement includes:
(1) This "CICC User Service Agreement";
(2) CICC Privacy Policy: We prioritize protecting your personal information and handle data per the disclosed policy. Read it before registration;
(3) Specific product/service rules: Detailed guidelines for certain services to enhance user experience;
(4) Third-party service agreements: When using third-party services via CICC, you must agree to their respective terms.
In case of conflicts, the latest published version prevails, prioritized by section numbering.
[Compliance] You agree:
(1) The above components form an integral part of this Agreement.
(2) CICC may update terms due to legal changes or service improvements, notifying users via prominent notices. Updates take effect no sooner than eight days after publication.
(3) Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Non-acceptance requires discontinuing related services.
[Applicability] This Agreement applies to web, mobile apps (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS, etc.), and future platforms. You must provide your own devices and cover associated costs.
2. Account Registration
[Registration Data] Submit lawful, accurate information and update promptly. You bear liability for illegal, false, or outdated data.
Note: Some initial registration details (e.g., username) may be unmodifiable for security reasons. Verify carefully.
[Legal Capacity] You confirm having full legal capacity or parental consent if underage. Violations may result in legal consequences.
[Identity Verification] Certain services require valid ID verification. Incomplete/false information may restrict access or cause harm, for which you are liable.
[Data Protection] CICC protects your data and discloses it only to non-affiliated third parties if: (1) required by law; (2) corporate restructuring occurs; or (3) essential for service provision. Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
[Account Quantity] Generally, one account per user is allowed. CICC may merge or restrict accounts for abuse, with liability for damages. Merging affecting user rights requires prior consent.
3. Account Usage
[Login] Use registered credentials to access. CICC may introduce biometric logins and adjust methods per legal/security needs.
[Responsibility] You are fully responsible for all account activities (e.g., agreements, purchases, posts). Your actions are deemed personal intent.
Profile information (avatar, nickname) may be displayed through CICC or third-party services.
Ensure uploaded content is legally sourced. CICC may share account info to resolve disputes per legal requirements.
[Account Sharing] Unauthorized account sharing may lead to service denial, suspension, or termination, with liability for losses.
[Security] Report security issues immediately. CICC is not liable for delays. Safeguard credentials and log out securely. Beware of scams. Negligence leading to account compromise is your responsibility, including reimbursement for CICC's costs.
[Restrictions] CICC may restrict/freeze accounts per legal requirements, preventing login/use.
4. User Conduct & Liability
[Obligations] You must comply with laws and refrain from:
(1) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, infringing public/third-party rights, or engaging in illegal acts;
(2) Creating/sharing prohibited content (e.g., subversive, defamatory, pornographic);
(3) Hacking, data tampering, virus distribution, or other cyber offenses;
(4) Unauthorized use/distribution of copyrighted material;
(5) Spamming, fake reviews, extortion;
(6) Involving CICC in political/public incidents;
(7) Fraud, system manipulation, bulk registrations, fake transactions;
(8) Unauthorized data scraping.
[Liability] Violations incur legal liability. Compensation covers damages, including CICC's penalties/legal fees. CICC may deduct funds from your payment account (if any) for public/consumer protection.
CICC may delete prohibited content and report to authorities as required.
[Promotions] CICC or partners may send promotional info to your registered contacts. Opt-out is available. Verify ad content authenticity; transactions are at your risk.
[Usage] Services are for personal non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized plugins/third-party tools are prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
[Ownership] CICC owns intellectual property (IP) in:
(1) Service content (software, text, images, audio, etc.);
(2) Platforms/infrastructure;
(3) Trademarks, logos, slogans;
(4) Service-related data.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
[User Content] You warrant uploaded content is original/licensed and doesn’t infringe others’ rights. By accepting this Agreement, you grant CICC a non-exclusive, transferable, global license to use, modify, and sublicense content, including derivative works. CICC may independently enforce IP rights against infringers.
You indemnify CICC for IP violations caused by your content.
This Agreement constitutes a written copyright agreement under Chinese law, covering all platform content. CICC may republish your reviews/images in various media.
[Software] Update software to latest versions. Unauthorized third-party software may malfunction at your risk.
[Software Restrictions] Without written consent, you may not:
(1) Remove copyright/trademark notices;
(2) Copy/sell/rent software;
(3) Reverse-engineer code;
(4) Use unauthorized plugins/modify data.
6. Termination
[Termination Conditions] This Agreement terminates if:
(1) CICC revokes your account;
(2) You legally close account per CICC's process;
(3) CICC discontinues all services after reasonable notice.
Post-termination, CICC ceases services and has no obligation to retain/disclose your data.
Termination doesn’t affect surviving clauses (e.g., IP) or pre-termination rights/obligations.
7. Notifications
CICC may notify via:
(1) Registered email;
(2) SMS to registered phone;
(3) Postal mail;
(4) Website/app notices;
(5) In-account messages.
Electronic notices are effective upon sending; mail is deemed received five days post-marking. These methods apply to arbitration/litigation.
Maintain accurate contact info. Inaccurate info leading to failed delivery is your responsibility.
8. Force Majeure & Disclaimers
[Force Majeure] Service interruptions due to unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, system failures) exempt CICC from liability, though we’ll strive to resolve issues.
[Other Exemptions] CICC isn’t liable for interruptions caused by:
(1) Malware/hacking;
(2) User/CICC system failures;
(3) User errors;
(4) Unauthorized access;
(5) Uncontrollable circumstances.
[Content Accuracy] CICC isn’t responsible for third-party content accuracy/legality. Report illegal acts promptly.
[Liability Limitation] Unless expressly stated, CICC disclaims all warranties regarding platform content/services.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by Chinese law, excluding conflict laws. Disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved by courts in Shunyi District, Beijing, the agreed jurisdiction.
10. Miscellaneous
[Keywords] Section headings are for reference only and don’t affect interpretation.
[Severability] Invalid clauses don’t affect the remainder’s validity.

8. Third-Party Data Collection
We may obtain information from partners (payment processors, merchants) under legal agreements to complete transactions.
(B) Other Uses
Booking for others requires their authorization. Any new purposes beyond this policy require separate consent.
(C) Exceptions to Consent Requirement
Consent not required when: (1) Necessary for contract performance; (2) Legal obligations; (3) Public health emergencies; (4) Public interest activities; (5) Processing publicly available information; (6) Other statutory exceptions.
(D) Usage Rules
We analyze order history, browsing patterns, location data for personalized recommendations. Users can opt-out through privacy controls.
(E) Device Permissions
Essential permissions (camera, location, etc.) are requested per function. Revoking permissions affects related services.
2. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
(A) Sharing with affiliates/partners occurs for: (1) Unified account management; (2) Service fulfillment; (3) Security optimization; (4) Legal compliance. International transfers comply with China's data export regulations.
(B) Transfer during mergers requires successor entities to honor this policy.
(C) Disclosure occurs when: (1) User-directed; (2) Legally mandated.
Publicly shared content by users is exempt from prior authorization.
4. Storage and Protection
(A) Retention: Kept for minimum necessary period (typically 3 years post-transaction per E-Commerce Law). Deleted/anonymized upon account closure.
(B) Security Measures: Encryption, access controls, staff training. Certified under ISO27001, PCI DSS.

5. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, or port data through account settings. Withdraw consent affects future processing. Account deletion via customer service. Verification required for requests (15-day response).

Services target adults. Children's data processed only with parental consent. Discovered unauthorized collection triggers prompt deletion.
